Thoughts on 9-11 from Delaware

The three members of Delaware’s Congressional delegation were asked to reflect on 9-11 and its meaning 10 years later.  Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons (D-Del.) and Congresman John Carney (D-Del.) believe our security is better today than before, but life has changed for people living in Delaware and the U.S.  Here are their comments from recent editions of First.
