Stuffing the bus in Dover and Milford.
For the 14th year in a row, DART First State is holding the “stuff the bus” food drive. Today, DART will be collecting non-perishable food items and household products at the ACME in the North Dover Center and at the Walmart at 939 N. DuPont Highway in Milford. Last year, DART collected 20.4 tons of food, enough to stuff three 30-foot buses. This year’s collection will again be donated to the Food Bank of Delaware, which will then distribute the donations through its 440 partners.
