Students line up for back-to-school backpack giveaway at Concord Schoolhouse [photos]

For the sixth year, the 6300 Germantown Business Alliance and the Historic Concord School House teamed up to give away school supplies to local children.

The two groups gave away 300 backpacks full of school supplies to kids on Saturday, many of whom were lined up outside the school for the event.

Community partners included Elfant-Wissahickon Realtors/The Neil Kugelman Team, Trolley Car Diner, National Penn Bank, New Covenant Church, Aetna, Trader Joe’s and Historic Germantown.
