Spotted in Old City: bike locked up with handcuffs
What’s a National Park Service officer to do when his/her bike needs locking up? Whip out the ‘cuffs.
WHYY’s News Director Eugene Sonn spotted the above photo on Walnut Street in Old City this morning while he stopped to grab some bagels for our hungry staff.
Those cuffs don’t look quite as durable as a traditional lock, but they just might be intimidating enough to keep the thieves at bay.
