Special PlanPhilly announcement
Since it was founded in 2006, PlanPhilly has grown to reach 25,000 monthly readers in Philadelphia’s planning, design and development communities with generous support from the William Penn Foundation.
Since January, we’ve been hard at work identifying new business models to create more sustainable coverage of issues important to the built environment.
This summer, we’ve met with dozens of individuals and organizations to learn about how readers use PlanPhilly and what we could improve. We’ve found a handful of opportunities that can better connect folks with news and information about organizations, industries and neighborhoods that are helping to rebuild Philadelphia. Now, we need your help.
This morning, we launched a survey to assess your needs as a reader. We want to know how you use the site, what you want to see changed, and where there might be an opportunity for new direction.
We have several ideas about new services and tools that can help you connect with others who care about Philadelphia’s built environment. But we need your participation in the survey to help us make decisions. Please fill out the survey today — it should only take a few minutes — and help us create better, lasting coverage of Philadelphia planning, design and development. Click here to participate.
WHYY is your source for fact-based, in-depth journalism and information. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on financial support from readers like you. Please give today.
