Sen. Carper encourages small biz shopping
Forget Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Small Business Saturday is trying to worm its way into the busiest shopping weekend of the year, and Senator Carper is trying to help.
Delaware’s senior Senator will stop at several small businesses in Dover today to encourage shoppers to support local stores this Saturday. Carper will visit Signature Stitches, Suds Bar and Soap Essentials, Partners in Design, all on Loockerman Street. He’ll also stop by Beyond Dimensions on S. Governor’s Avenue.
