Runners hit the streets for Rock-n-Roll Half-Marathon

Thousands of runners hit the streets this morning to live music and cool temperatures during the Rock-n-Roll Half-Marathon.

Runners started at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway heading east on the eastbound lanes west of 22nd.

The finish line was set up at Eakins Oval in Fairmount Park between Kelly Drive and Art Museum Drive.

In addition to the half-marathon, the event featured more than 60 exhibitions, many of which showcased the latest in running gear.
