Learn the history of rocketry and how Newton’s laws elevated rocketry to a science in the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education’s “Home School Class: Rocket Science” event.

The event, which begins at 1 p.m. and ends at 3 p.m. beginning Thursday, October 6, gives students ages 10 to 15 the chance to better understand Newton’s Law of Motion.  Students will also get the chance to help prepare the group for the final rocket launch during the last class.

The cost is $70 for members, $80 for non-members.

Pre-registration is required as this is a six-week program, each Thursday.
