Mark Vetri’s proposed restaurant at 600 North Broad and Mount Vernon Street can have a ramp and vestibule that juts onto the Mount Vernon sidewalk, says City Council.

Council has unanimously passed an ordinance authorizing developer Eric Blumenfeld and 600 North Broad Associates to build an 22-foot-long encroachment seven feet into the sidewalk – a ramp and vestibule.
