State Rep. Rosita Youngblood (D. 198th) will sponsor a community health fair on Thursday, May 23, 6-8 p.m., at Nicetown Court, 4411 Germantown Avenue. Learn about: the availability of emergency heating help and utility payments, help with housing and security deposits, summer camps for children, mortgages for financial planning, cell phones for low income households, health care, and transportation.
