Rehoboth Beach Delaware mayor wins re-election

The Mayor of Rehoboth Beach has won another term in office. 

Municipal elections were held over the weekend.  Mayor Sam Cooper defeated challenger Tom McGlone, 665-483.  Cooper has been mayor for more than two decades.  Commissioner Lorraine Zellers was also re-elected, and she will be joined on the commission by Mark Hunker.  The Mayor and the two commissioners will be sworn in to their new terms on September 16th.
