Real estate agent testifies in fatal Philly carjacking

A real estate agent says she was forced to perform sex acts on two carjackers before they crashed into a crowd in Philadelphia, killing a mother and three children. The woman’s testimony helped lead a judge Tuesday to uphold murder, sexual assault, carjacking and other charges against 23-year-old parolee Cornelius Crawford.

His 19-year-old co-defendant, Johnathan Rosa, has waived his preliminary hearing in the July crime spree.

The woman said Crawford tapped on her passenger window in North Philadelphia, while Rosa jumped in the back seat.

The woman said Crawford pointed what looked like a gun at her and said: “You want to live? Or you want to die?”

A defense lawyer said the woman did not mention the sexual assault in her first police statement because she was embarrassed.
