Property tax changes in Northeast Philadelphia

AxisPhilly has created a map showing  how property taxes would change for most properties if City Council passes a tax rate of 1.34 percent and a $30,000 Homestead Exemption.

The map allows you to type in an address and see the property tax change, and to hover over specific parcels to get more information on Homestead Exemption qualifications and tax changes. You can embed the map on your own website by zooming in to the location you want and selecting “embed this map.”
