Preliminary report on duck boat crash due next week

It’s creeping up on a year since an accident in the Delaware River resulted in the death of two visiting Hungarian teenagers. On Monday, the National Transportation Safety Board is expected to release its preliminary report on the accident, which involved a Ride the Ducks boat and a city-owned barge.

As Heard in the Hall reports, transcripts and photos are part of the initial report, but the final report isn’t due until the summer.
