Police capture runaway convict in Germantown

Close but no cigar today for Terrence Stockton. The 18-year-old broke free from police surveillance in Roxborough this morning while stopped at a bathroom on his way to Danville, Pa., from the Center City-based Youth Study Center.

He was found, handcuffed, about five hours and seven miles later in Germantown on the 2100-block of Homer Street around 1:30 p.m.
