In an op-ed published by the Inquirer Tuesday, Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Terry Gillen wrote that the agency’s legal standards strive for fairness for all developers. After listing the agency’s accomplishments under the Nutter administration—like its recent negotiation with Stephen Klein and the Mormon Church—Gillen wrote that she hopes to see fair practices in the Family Court debacle, as well.
