Pennsylvania lawmakers create Ronald Reagan Day

    In a good use of valuable time, a group of Pennsylvania legislators has declared Feb. 6, 2011 Ronald Reagan Day. The actor-turned-president would have been 100 Sunday, so the natural solution, as Philadelphia Weekly reports, is to create a resolution calling for a fitting observance of the occasion.
