N.J. trial set in unusual white-collar mob case
Defense lawyers in a mob trial opening this week in federal court in New Jersey expect to argue that it’s not a mob trial at all.

The younger Scarfo’s lawyer says his client had little to do with the financial dealings in the allegations.
Six original defendants in the case have pleaded guilty. One of them is expected to testify for the government in a trial that could take three months. It starts Wednesday.
