Neighbors continue their rally against Chelten Plaza plan

Germantown residents are confident their rallies outside Chelten Plaza will have an effect on what eventually goes there.

Now, developer Pulaski Partners is moving ahead with its plan to bring a Sav-A-Lot and a Dollar Tree to the property, which used to house a full-service grocery store.

Even young children joined the effort Thursday to speak out against the plan several neighborhood groups say is a disservice to Germantown and a questionable use of public funds.
