WASHINGTON, D.C. –Just one hour ago, Barack Obama became our 44th president. It’s so cold in here that the Potomac is frozen solid, but I managed to get some OK footage. Click below to see the video of Obama’s swearing-in and stay tuned for more photos from D.C.

It’s common practice that the new president be sworn in by noon on inauguration day, but President Obama didn’t take his oath until 12:04 p.m.
