Miss Delaware Pageant gets underway
Miss Delaware Pageant celebrates the start of its 70th annual contest tonight in Dover.
The pageant, at Dover Downs, starts tonight at 7:30 and is expected to feature a number of former winners including Miss Delaware 2010 Kayla Martell. The winner will be named Saturday night. More info at MissDE.org.
