Mental health needs in Delaware are up for discussion at the annual NAMI-DE Conference in Newark. Governor Markell will join Health Secretary Rita Landgraf and members of the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Delaware at the Christiana Hilton this morning. The conference focuses on ways to improve the quality of life for those affected by mental illness. NAMI-DE is for anyone working to support and care for individuals dealing with mental illness.
