Lewes walkability study topic of community meeting

A technical assistance grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will fund a “walkability” study in the town of Lewes.
A community meeting is scheduled for tonight at 7:00 p.m. at the Lewes Public Library.  Local government officials as well as representatives from the University of Delaware Sea Grant Program are also expected to share their thoughts and accept ideas from the public.  56 communities nationwide received a share of the EPA grant program, out of more than 300 applicants.
