On Wednesday, students from the Imani Education Circle Charter School traveled from Germantown to Old City to see the Arden Theatre Company’s performance of Cinderella, which premiered on Nov. 28.
Students from the African-centered charter school‘s first, fourth and seventh grades were among those in attendance. For some, it was the first time they had seen a live theatrical performance.
Afterwards, they were treated to a meet-and-greet with cast members, who also participated in a question-and-answer session with the students.
