Governor declares March as Myeloma Awareness Month

Governor Markell will declare March as Myeloma Awareness Month.  Markell will meet with members of the Delmarva Multiple Myeloma Support and Networking Group, the International Myeloma Foundation, Bayhealth and myeloma patients in his office in Dover.  That’s where he’ll make the proclamation of Myeloma Awareness Month.  Myeloma is a blood cancer of the plasma cells that form in the bone marrow.
