Fourth robbery linked to ‘Roxborough Robber’
Philadelphia Police believe the robbery today of the TD Bank branch at 4020 City Ave. is the work of the Roxborough Robber. The same suspect has been linked to three other robberies on Ridge Avenue.
The suspect’s M.O. involves presenting a note to the teller indicating he’s armed and then fleeing on foot with the cash.
Described as a thin white male in his 20s, the suspect is also wanted in connection with the following thefts:
Citizens Bank branch at 6052 Ridge Ave. on Sept. 3
Wells Fargo branch at 6918 Ridge Ave. on Sept. 1
Continental Bank branch at 7133 Ridge Ave. on Aug. 29
