For the birds

For 35 years, Tri State Bird Rescue and Research has been helping birds in Delaware and beyond have a second chance.  From oil spills to territorial fights among birds, take an inside look at how the Newark-based group reaches out to help our feathered friends.

Tri State will host its Benefit for the Birds fundraiser on November 12 at the Independence Seaport in Philadelphia.  A rescue vessel named after Tri State founder Lynne Frink will be open for guests to board.
