Financial literacy funding added

More funding available for financial literacy education through the Delaware Financial Literacy Education Fund.  Last year, 22 groups got grant money through the FLEF.  Governor Jack Markell recently announced a third year of grant money for the program.  Non-profit organizations and schools are allowed to apply for a total of $350,000 to fund economic literacy programs that meet criteria established by the Office of the State Bank Commissioner and the Department of Education.
