Fashion comes alive in Dover
Fashion comes alive Sunday as the third annual Downtown Dover Partnership fashion show takes place from 3-6pm at the Duncan Center.
The three hour event is a fund raiser for the Children’s Theater of Dover and several other agencies.
A total of 45 boutiques and business owners in the downtown area join in the event.
