Ethics Board raids Donna Reed Miller’s office

Executive Director of Philadelphia’s Board of Ethics left City Hall about an hour ago. He was coming from the office of City Councilwoman Donna Reed Miller, who was paid a little visit by the Police Department’s Civil Affairs Unit.

Philly Clout reports Miller, of the 8th District, was being investigated for using city-owned printers to produce material for candidate Verna Tyner’s campaign.
