Egg Dyeing at RittenhouseTown

Children got the opportunity this Sarturday to dye Easter eggs in RittenhouseTown’s original 18th century Bake House, using organic, natural dyes. Among the dyes were onion skins, grape juice, red cabbages, beets, spices, flowers and candle-wax. Check back next weekend for a full story and photo gallery of the event.
