It’s hard to imagine she has dealt with manic depression most of her life, as well as several other mental health issues. She was hospitalized twice, has tried over twenty medication combinations, and worked with seven different psychiatrists. Her new book Beyond Blue offers advice and guidance on surviving depression and anxiety.
