Delaware State fair transformation complete
The final touches are coming together on the fairgrounds in Harrington. The Delaware State Fair begins Thursday.
The theme for this year is “come be a kid again”. The fair runs through Sunday July 31st. Ke$hia is the big pop act this year. She performs on Tuesday.
