Delaware First Lady honored in Wilmington
Delaware’s First Lady Carla Markell will be honored at the Girls Inc. Strong, Smart, and Bold Awards tonight at Archmere Academy.
The award will recognize Markell’s “strong support of mentoring and volunteerism.” Other women being recognized include Tina Betz, Director of Cultural Affairs for the Wilmington Mayor’s office, and Connie Bond Stuart, Regional President of PNC Bank.
