Delaware AG Beau Biden wants to increase funding for victims

Delaware AG Beau Biden wants more funding for crime victims.
Biden has joined his colleagues from around the country in calling on Congress to increase the maximum spending cap for the Crime Victims Fund to $1 billion.  The fund was established by the Victims of Crime Act in 1984.  The fund is supported by fines and other penalties paid by federal criminal offenders.
