DAGspace features urbanist debate

Architect and planner Scott Page strolls serenely into the crossfire between New Urbanists and Landscape Urbanists in this month’s DAGspace. Putting the isms and other jargon to one side, he thoughtfully extracts ideas from their rhetorical carapaces and finds much that is useful on both sides of the argument–and a good deal that they have in common.

DAGSpace articles are designed to be the personal views of their authors. We are looking for insightful opinion pieces which will open our eyes to things we hadn’t noticed before, propose solutions to problems we need to fix, or share treasures about this City which will make us all proud.

If you have an idea you’d like to write about, contact David Brownlee at dbrownle@sas.upenn.edu.
