Cronin: Blue collar union will likely follow suit after pact with DC 47

All eyes are now on Philadelphia’s blue collar workers after the Nutter administration and AFSCME District Council 47 President Frederick Wright announced a tentative deal on a contract dating back to 2009.  Former 47 President Thomas Paine Cronin is no stranger to the art of the deal.  He spoke with NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller.
