Drawn in by cool office space and one another, creative businesses are clustering at The Philadelphia Building at 1315 Walnut Street, reports Philadelphia Neighborhoods/Technically Philly. Cultureworks’ coworking space will open on the building’s 8th floor in July, joining existing tech tenants RJMetrics, Eight Eleven and Zivtech.

Fairhill Square got its quirky metal sculpture, “El Gran Teatro de la Luna,” back after 13 years in storage. NewsWorks reports on the sculpture’s return, installed over a metal pergola, as part of the square’s ongoing restoration.
