Coastal Resources Management Program Grant Round

This grant program funds activities and initiatives aimed at improving Pennsylvania’s coastal zone. Eligible activities may relate to wetlands enhancement, fisheries management, public waterfront access, coastal historic preservation, flooding and stormwater management, port activities, public education and involvement, coastal species research and management, and other focus areas.

In order to be eligible, projects must be located within or directly affect the Delaware Estuary Coastal Zone. Detailed maps of the Coastal Zone boundary can be found here.

Eligible applicants are state agencies, local governments and authorities, schools and universities, and incorporated non-profit organizations registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3).

The grant period runs from October 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014.
