Clean Water Advisory Council meets in Dover

Delaware’s Clean Water Advisory Council meets in Dover this morning to discuss Rehoboth Beach outfall disposal plan among other topics.  The meeting starts at 9 a.m. at the Kent County Administrative Complex.  In addition to hearing an update on the Environmental Impact Statement regarding the Rehoboth project, council members will also talk about plans for a proposed wetland creation project in the city of Wilmington.
