Cars and Crafts at sixth annual East Passyunk festival
East Passyunk Avenue will be jammed with cars today, but you won’t be sitting in traffic.The cars will be parked for the sixth annual Car Show & Street Festival, which happens to coincide with the Bang! Boom! CRAFT! show at the fountain.
From noon to 5, stroll the Ave to check out the classic cars, arts vendors, live music and food. Don’t tire out so early that you miss the trophies — more than 60 will be doled out to cars for things like Best Modified and Best Stock.The rain date is Aug. 7.
