Camelot Schools staffers spent their Sunday to help clean up Max Myers Playground as part of the Take Back Your Neighborhood civic group. The playground is located next to a Camelot school, Excel Academy North.

“It’s important for us to partner with our neighbors,” said Kelly Beerhalter, the school’s academic coordinator. “The neighbors really love us, our kids are so well-behaved.” Beerhalter organized the cleanup effort in conjunction with Take Back Your Neighborhood, which held a neighborhood-wide cleanup.
