Bradley property to be sold at auction

The former BayBees pediatric office once run by accused pedophile Earl Bradley will be sold at sheriff auction on May 17th.

The capegazette.com reports bidders must be prepared to pay a $4,000 please they need to put down 20% of the final price.  The $4,000 can be applied to winning big.

The office has been vacant for the last 18 months since Bradley’s arrest on over 100 counts of child molestation.  The state has bought some of the items in Bradley’s office and destroyed them.  There have been a couple of attempted burglaries on the property. 

Sheriff Jeff Christopher was not available to comment on the auction, according to the website.
