Bicyclists and pedestrians account for half of all Philly traffic fatalities

    Overall, traffic fatalities in Philadelphia dropped to an historic low in 2016. That’s good news, save the fact that the percentage of both pedestrians and bicyclists killed is at its highest since 1997.
