The Power and Promise of the Arts is the focus of a day-long conference at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.
Nearly 250 arts organizations staff members, artists, educators and state and community leaders will take part in the event which includes a performance by the First State Ballet Theatre and an keynote address from Thomas Birch of the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies.
