Updated: Artful arrow draws the eye in Chinatown

Update: Some watchful readers found just the answer we were looking for. The arrow does, in fact, call attention to the Reading Viaduct and the conversion of the Goldtex building into apartments — both efforts to green and revitalize the area.

Stay tuned for more photos of the arrow.

Original report: Someone wants us to see something. WHYY’s Carolyn Beeler spotted the above at 11th and Vine Streets, where streamers fill vacant windows to form an arrow.

But what’s it pointing to? You tell us. Feed the Feed: What is the arrow calling our attention to?
