AP: Woman found in burning Camden, N.J. home was ruled homicide

The death of a woman who was found inside a burning Camden home this week has been ruled a homicide.

Camden County prosecutors say 38-year-old Rhonda Scott of Camden was stabbed multiple times before being severely burned in the fire that was reported late Friday afternoon.

Authorities said Saturday that it appears the fire in the abandoned home was intentionally set. But it’s not clear why Scott was attacked and killed.
