Another dry day, another wildfire warning

Another dry day means Delaware is again under a wildfire warning.  
The National Weather Service says low humidity levels combined with gusty winds have created conditions that will put the state at an enhanced risk of wildfire.  The dry, windy conditions have already caused wildfire problems in neighboring states, and have contributed to a mulch fire near the Port of Wilmington.
