Humane Law Enforcement officers are trying to determine how several animal carcasses ended up in a lot at Comly and Dutton roads near Walton Park.
“Officers have discovered many decapitated goats, chickens and ducks in a lot,” the PSPCA said Thursday. “While the law permits the humane sacrificing of animals for some religious rituals, the dumping of these animals is an illegal act. ”
Police called PSPCA officers when they discovered the bodies around 3 p.m.
