Advice for Pa gov: play nice with lawmakers

We’re going to find out Tuesday whether Pennsylvania voters want to change governors, which means a lot of attention is going to be focused on the state capital.  

It’s probably safe to say most of us don’t give much thought to what goes on in Harrisburg, so WHYY Senior Reporter, Dave Davies, sat down with someone who does: WHYY Harrisburg Correspondent Mary Wilson.

Mary has a few words of advice for whoever wins the elections: if you want to get things done, win over the affections of state lawmakers.
